How it works
1
Drop your label
Upload any shipping label PDF
2
Auto-resize
Scaled and rotated to fit half A4
3

Download and print at 100% scale
Shipping labels from most couriers come as small PDFs (typically 4" x 6") that don't fill a standard A4 page. If you're using A4 half-sheet sticker paper (2 labels per sheet), printing these labels usually results in a tiny label centred on the page, or one that's stretched and misaligned.
This free tool solves that. It takes your label PDF, automatically rotates it if needed, and scales it to perfectly fill one half of an A4 page. Everything runs in your browser — your files are never uploaded anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
How do I print a shipping label on half an A4 sticker sheet?
Upload your label PDF to this tool, and it will automatically resize it to fit the top or bottom half of an A4 page. Download the resized PDF and print it at 100% scale with paper size set to A4. The label will print on one half, leaving the other sticker blank for your next label.
Which courier labels does this work with?
This tool works with any shipping label PDF, including labels from APC Overnight, DPD, Royal Mail, Evri (formerly Hermes), DHL, UPS, FedEx, Parcelforce, Yodel, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify. If your label is a PDF, it will work.
Is my label data safe and private?
Yes. Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No files are uploaded to any server. Your shipping data, addresses, and barcodes never leave your computer.
What size sticker sheets does this work with?
This tool is designed for A4 sheets with two labels per page (210mm x 148.5mm per label). These are commonly sold as half-sheet shipping labels, 2-per-sheet A4 sticker paper, or A4 integrated labels.
Why is my label printing in the middle of the page?
This usually happens when your printer is set to "Scale to Fit" or "Fit to Page". Make sure you print the resized PDF at exactly 100% scale (actual size) with paper size set to A4. In Preview on Mac, untick "Scale to Fit". In Adobe Reader, select "Actual size" under Page Sizing.
Can I print on the bottom half of the sheet?
Yes. Use the Position setting above to choose "Bottom half" before resizing. This is useful when you've already used the top sticker and want to use the remaining label on the sheet.
